Shipping

We provide free shipping (shipping charges apply when our promotions are in place) for all orders over £100 to all customers based in the UK. Just place your order through our website for free next day delivery.

We endeavour to have your order with you the next-day provided that your order is placed by 12pm. In the current climate, we ask that you allow up-to 3 days.

Deliveries to UK mainland are FREE of charge for orders over £100, except for hazardous chemicals, 205L containers and IBC (1000L).

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Scottish Highlands, please contact our sales team for a shipping cost.

Returns

We're sorry that you would like to return an item, we hope these steps make the process as simple as possible for you.

We want our customers to be completely happy with our products, however should the need arise to return an item, please following the next steps for doing so:

  • Please email sales@apt-icc.co.uk stating the following:
    • Order Number 
    • Name 
    • Company Name & Address
    • Reason for requesting a return of the item and photographs should they be relevant 
  • On receiving acknowledgement and return, please pack your items in the original packaging
  • Send the items to us using recorded delivery or any method that provides proof of return

As per our Terms & Conditions, all returns should be received by us no later than 14 days after they were dispatched. The goods must be returned to us unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Provided the Goods are in their original packaging, unopened and unused we will provide a refund subjected to our Terms and Conditions and our 100% Money Back Guarantee. All returns should be received by us no later than 14 days after they were dispatched. Please include your company name, address and telephone number so that we can refund the item. We aim to deal with all returns within 1 week. If you have purchased goods on a bulk buy rate and you decide to return a part of the order which may then take the original order below the bulk buy rate, you will then be charged the difference.
